Kirk Douglas Recipient of The 2003 Renaissance International Awards
The 2003 Renaissance International Awards was presented to Kirk Douglas in Beverly Hills, California in 2004. This innovative award honours individuals across the spectrum of Arts, Entertainment & other Worlds, individuals who embody the virtues of the Renaissance Man or Woman. Founder and Principal, Leith Eaton, Multi-Media Artist, felt that the time was right for an award that paid tribute to the creative attributes and achievements of individuals outside of their renown and recognized skills. At the same time promoting the excellence & "good" within our society at a time when it seems we have forgotten basic human values.
